THE main financial institution of Somaliland, a breakaway republic in south Somalia, desires law makers to create a set up financial law by May, empowering professional loan companies to give credit score to debtors for the first time. Somaliland was in shares with Banque add le Industry et l’Industrie, centered in nearby Djibouti, and two other loan companies to allow them financial permits "right away ", Bank of Somaliland governor Abdi Dirir Abdi said in an appointment in the investment, Hargeisa, last night.
